Description

Looking for a Highly motivated personal assistant with strong secretarial skills. Someone who is proficient in Microsoft Office and very organized.Must have experience coordinating travel arrangements. This is a live in position. You will have 2 four day (Thur-Sun) weekends completely off per month. Someone with decorating sense is a plus. This position will last for 4 months with the possibility of permanent employment.

Responsibilities:

* Keeping track and document purchases and expenses
* Coordinating travel arrangements
* Assisting with shopping for household.
* Completing assigned tasks efficiently.
* Keeping track of scheduled appointments and meetings'
* Other duties as needed

Requirements:
* Must be at least 21 years of age.
* Must be able to travel and have valid passport.
* Must have valid drivers license along with clean driving record.
* Must be able to pass Background check and Drug test.
