Wanted: PLEASE HELP PEPPER WALK & RUN AGAIN

Pepper is a 2 year old Lab mix.  She loves to run fast around our yard, but unfortunately, she must have stepped in a hole or ran tooooo fast.  She tore her ACL and can only limp around the house.  I feel so bad for her, but cannot afford this surgery on my own.  Are there any vets reading this that can help on a payment plan or whatever?  I can't get Care Credit (tried) and I know she's in pain. 
 
Please help Peppi run & play again.  Any information or donations would be a blessing.
