How does lasto eco green create a barrier?
A specially developed insulating additive called a “high emissivity” coating is formed. As the coating dries and cures, it forms a thin film of spheres. These form a highly efficient insulation barrier insulate.

How Does Lasto Eco Green Work?
The special coating radiates absorbed solar or radiant heat back from the surface instead of retaining or absorbing the heat. It reflects incoming solar heat and inhibits the absorption of heat being conducted through interior and exterior walls, ceilings and roofs. Interior heat is reflected back into the room, reducing heating loss through a home’s walls and interior ceilings.

Is it Waterproof? Yes. It is a sealant and barrier.

What color is it? Any color you choose! Is it matte or glossy ?
The color is white, but we can match ANY COLOR you would like.

Where should it be used?
On cement tile, concrete, masonry, aged modified bitumen, asphalt, Bermuda tile, barrel tile, shingle *, flat decks with positive drainage, brick, block, stucco, metal, polymer membrane, sprayed polyurethane foam. and all masonry surfaces. (*always apply a test patch to asphalt shingles to check for bleeding of asphalt into coating and possible curling.)

Surface Remove all loose paint, dirt, mildew and chalk by high pressure water cleaning or other preparation methods to obtain a sound surface. Seal any windows with eco caulking for windows

Mixing Stir well and apply as it comes from the container to have uniformity.

Application Brush, roller (min 3/4” nap), or airless spray
