SHORT SALE NEGOTIATOR

Seeking a short sale specialist/processor/negotiator or loss mitigation specialists. Bilingual is a huge benefit.

This is a full time position and you must work during standard business hours. Computer literacy in all Microsoft Office products required. Generous sliding scale compensation package as you prove yourself able to close files successfully.

Responsibilities:

Assemble short sale packages, submit to lenders
Daily contact with Lenders
Push processing through short-sale departments of lender
Successfully obtain short sale approval letter
Take detailed notes using our software

Requirements:
