Room is furnished with semi private bathroom, (I only use it to shower in the mornings). We are an easy going open minded friendly couple. Our home is strictly drug free. We're reasonably clean but not fanatical. Satellite & high speed DSL are also available. Includes all house privileges including washer/dryer. Prompt payment of rent is a must. A small refrigerator has been added to the room since the pic was taken.
